The Tigerflex TSD150X100 from Kuriyama of America is a heavy-duty EPDM fabric-reinforced suction and discharge hose designed for demanding agricultural, irrigation, manure-handling, wastewater, and pumping applications. Its reinforced construction allows the hose to handle both suction service and higher-pressure discharge applications.

The TSD Series uses a double-ply EPDM construction with polyester fabric reinforcement and a polyethylene helix. The high-tensile polyester yarn reinforcement provides additional strength for pressure applications, while the rigid helix supports the hose during suction service and helps protect the hose from exterior wear.

For agricultural applications, the TSD Series is suitable for liquid fertilizer, liquid manure, heavy-duty water suction, pumps, and general suction and discharge service. EPDM construction provides a useful combination of flexibility, durability, and chemical resistance for demanding fluid-transfer applications.

The hose is also engineered for cold-weather flexibility. Kuriyama rates the TSD Series for service temperatures from -40°F to +160°F, although the actual allowable temperature depends on the application. The Easy Slide Helix helps the hose move across rough surfaces and around corners, while the convoluted cover increases flexibility and makes the hose easier to handle.
