Description
The Kuriyama Tigerflex W Series is a heavy-duty PVC liquid suction hose designed for demanding water-transfer, pumping, slurry, and dewatering applications. Constructed with a durable PVC tube and rigid PVC helix, the W Series provides the structural strength necessary to resist collapse under vacuum while maintaining the flexibility needed for field and pump applications.
For agricultural irrigation applications, the W Series is well suited for heavy-duty water suction, pump intake lines, water transfer, slurry handling, and general agricultural pumping. Its transparent construction allows operators to visually monitor material flow through the hose, making it easier to identify flow interruptions or restrictions during operation.
A convoluted outer cover improves flexibility and makes the hose easier to route around pumps, equipment, and other obstacles. Sizes 4″ through 16″ use Kuriyama’s Cold-Flex materials, allowing the hose to remain flexible in sub-zero temperatures. These larger sizes have an application-dependent service temperature range of -40°F to +150°F, while 1″ through 3″ sizes are rated from -4°F to +150°F.
Tigerflex W Series is available in a broad range of diameters from 1″ through 16″, allowing the same hose family to cover everything from smaller pump suction applications to large-volume agricultural and industrial water-transfer systems. Kuriyama manufactures the W Series in the United States.
