If your order is placed prior to 3:00 pm Eastern time, Monday through Thursday and Noon Eastern time on Fridays, Triple K Irrigation, (DBA IrrigationSupplyParts.com) will guarantee that your order will ship from our facility at 12930 Ingall Hwy, Morenci, MI 49256 on that day.
If your order meets this definition and none of the conditions below are met, and we fail to ship the order on the order date, IrrigationSupplyParts.com will issue you a credit or for the amount of shipping charged to the client up to $50 per order, which ever is less.
Conditions:
This guarantee only applies to items that are In Stock in our warehouse at the time of the order being placed.
We do not guarantee third party orders from the manufacturer or distributors.
IrrigationSupplyParts.com is not responsible under the following conditions:
- If UPS and/or USPS are not available for processing the order
- Weather delays
- Power Outages
- Force majeure (Force majeure is a provision in a contract that frees both parties from obligation if an extraordinary event directly prevents one or both parties from performing.)
