Returns Policy

Irrigation Supply Parts stand firmly behind all the parts we sell. 

You may return any new & unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund, excluding any shipping costs and credit card processing fees. Please note that some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Note that in today’s economic environment, some of our suppliers may elect to charge more than 15%. 

Items that are used or not in new condition are not returnable. 

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or is not the product you ordered, it will be replaced or you may opt for a full refund. 

How do I get a return label?

We can email or print off a return label for you in the event of a return, but only for damaged, defective, or if we send you the wrong product. You are then responsible for dropping the package off with the approved carrier (UPS, USPS). If the product cannot be shipped via UPS or USPS, please contact our office at 517-458-9741 for instructions. Please note that we only send return labels for items that are damaged, or defective, or if we send you the wrong product. If you are simply returning a product you do not want, you are responsible for the freight costs. 

Refunds for non-stock items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that shipping charges for sending the product to you will be deducted from your refund as will credit card processing fees.

Cancellations
Sometimes circumstances change and you no longer need what you ordered. If we can cancel your order before we ship the item we both win. You will get your refund quicker and no one loses money on unnecessary shipping costs.

Our policy is to cancel any order, before it ships, for a full refund, no questions asked.

Shipping
When you place an order, you will see a delivery estimate based on when the product ships, not when the product is ordered. Almost all items we sell are normally in stock and ship in the order they were received. Occasionally, due to high demand, items could go out of stock. Should this occur and we know it will be more than 3-4 days to ship, we will get in touch with you. If it makes sense we will also break up the shipment into multiple shipments in order to get you your product as soon as possible.

Our goal is to get you your product as fast as we possibly can at the most economical freight cost available at the time of the order. As part of providing this service we reserve the right to drop ship your order directly from the vendor.

Shipping Method
We use both UPS and USPS. At checkout, you can choose from a variety of shipping methods ranging from First Class Package from USPS to Next Day Air from UPS. We will do our best to accommodate your choice, however, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method for any order.

Receiving Your Order On Time
If you need to receive your order before a specific day, please consider the transit times and shipping options so that you can place your order at the appropriate time using the proper carrier.

If your in-stock order is placed before 3:00 PM EST, Irrigation Supply Parts will ship your order out the same day. In-stock orders received on Fridays after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped on the following Monday.

Tracking, Signature & Insurance

We put complimentary tracking on every order we send. We can also offer a required adult signature and/or insurance on packages by request. We do not obtain required adult signature or insurance unless requested by the customer. If you are interested in either service before you place your order please contact us (517-458-9741) and we will be happy to quote you for your particular order. You are responsible for the package at once the package has been tracked and tendered to your shipping location on the order.
