We occasionally receive calls asking if we offer “free shipping.”

The simple answer is: not usually. Instead, we focus on offering what we call “Your Choice” shipping. This means we believe you should have the freedom to choose the shipping option that best suits your needs.

Our priority is to provide you with the highest quality products at the most competitive prices. A key part of this is making sure your items reach you at the lowest possible cost, including shipping.

It’s important to understand that there’s no such thing as “free shipping” – it’s a cost every business must account for. Like other operational expenses such as labor, utilities, or office supplies, freight is a controllable expense. Our goal is to keep shipping costs to a minimum, which is why we leverage our relationships with carriers like UPS, USPS, and R&L Freight to secure the best rates for you.

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all shipping approach. Instead, we offer a variety of shipping options to let you pick what works best for you. Whether it’s UPS, USPS, LTL, next-day air, priority mail, or even local pickup, you have the flexibility to choose what fits your timeline and budget. If you’re in no rush, ground shipping might be the most economical. Need it faster? Next-day or second-day air options are there for you. (Please note that the USPS only processes new shipments in the mornings, so even if we get it to the post office in the afternoon, there may be a slight delay in your shipment.)

For larger, LTL shipments, we obtain multiple quotes from different carriers and present the options to you, allowing you to select the one that meets your preferences – and yes, most of the time, customers pick the most cost-effective choice.

We view freight as a manageable cost rather than a revenue generator, and we pass those savings on to you. Naturally, shipping costs may vary depending on your location. For instance, a customer in Michigan, closer to our warehouse, will likely pay less than someone in Texas. But we value our Texas customers just as much and often work with vendors to drop-ship directly when it saves you money.

In certain cases, like large orders, we may be able to offer free shipping, but only when it makes sense for both you and our business.

At the end of the day, we believe in giving you control. We want you to choose the shipping method that works best for you.

Here is a guide to give you guidance on the different shipping options:

We strive to ship every order that is placed by 3:00 pm EST on the same day! Please note that some shipments using USPS Ground Advantage may ship on the following day. Also, shipments via LTL will need 24 hours to be scheduled and picked up.

UPS GROUND: This is the most popular choice. It is cost-effective and can deliver your product in one to five days depending on your location. The closer you are to Morenci, Michigan, the faster it gets there.

UPS Next Day Air: As the name describes, UPS will deliver your order on the next day! At a premium cost.

UPS 2nd Day Air: This is a great choice when time is critical, but it isn’t crucial enough to spring for the additional cost of Next Day Air.

USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE: When you are looking for the lowest price and the delivery time is not important, USPS can be a great choice. But keep in mind, depending on the destination, this is going to be the slowest option. It frequently can take a week to ten days to reach you. And it doesn’t work well for larger orders.

LTL Freight: LTL (Less than Trailer Load) is reserved for orders that are large and/or heavy. UPS and USPS have maximum weight and size limits. In this case, LTL is frequently the only choice.  You can expect this will take one to five days to reach you. You can also choose various options like advance delivery calls or include a lift gate for easier unloading at a nominal additional cost.
