Please note that we are currently required to collect state sales tax for the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, and Texas.
If you are ordering from any other state, you do not need to enter your tax-exempt status at this time. Your purchases will already be tax-exempt.
One way to proceed would be to go to our website (www.irrigationsupplyparts.com) and create a new account.
Below is a screenshot of the website. If you hover over the profile image (next to the image of a cart on the top right) it will allow you to create an account.
You can then complete your registration and add your tax-exempt information.
If you already have an online account with us, it will also allow you to log in to your existing account and add your tax-exempt information by selecting Tax Certificate.
It is a simple process that asks you a series of questions about your tax-exempt status. Be sure to have your current tax-exempt status certificate number handy.
Once you have completed the process, simply send an email to info@triplekirrigation.com, with your name and we will review and approve the certificate and let you know that you can place your tax-exempt order.
Your other option would be to go ahead and place your order online and email us a copy of your tax-exempt certificate.
Melanie will then refund your taxes paid for this transaction and I will complete the registration process for you and send you a copy of your login information for future tax-exempt orders.
