  • What happens if I order the wrong part? The wrong size?
  • What do I need to connect a…
  • I am looking for a…

Our staff has more than 50 years of experience in the irrigation, manure, and farming business. If you have a question, give us a call. If we are busy with another customer, leave a message and we will strive to call you back the same day. We would love to talk to you. Give us a try at 517-458-9741

You may not know that Triple K Irrigation was born out of Triple K Farms. Howard Kutzley ran Triple K Farms with his sons, Steve and Terry. As a farmer, Steve realized the importance of irrigation in farming more than 20 years ago. As he worked to solve irrigation problems on the family farm, he realized that other farmers had a need for irrigation supplies and equipment, as well as manure application. The net result was the birth of Triple K Irrigation. The Triple K comes from the family name – Howard Kutzley, Steve Kutzley, and Terry Kutzley.

Some of you are thinking “I wonder if anyone is really going to call me back?” Some companies have a reputation for never returning phone calls or responding to emails. One competitor will ask for your credit card information before they will talk to you. We too are interested in your credit card information, but that comes much later in the process. Let’s see if we can solve your problem first.

So the short answer is yes, we return every phone call and email. We strive to answer every phone call as it comes in. Occasionally we are busy, but I promise that if you leave us a message with your phone number, we will return your phone call in a timely manner. And you will get to talk to an experienced professional who can help you solve your problem – not just an order taker.

There are a lot of reasons to give Triple K Irrigation a chance to earn your business. Our customers who have been with us for 5, 10, or 20 years know us best and they choose to continue to do business with us.

Here are a few more reasons our clients count on us every day:

  • Lower Prices every day and monthly specials
  • Lots of Inventory that is In Stock and ready to ship
  • Orders Placed by 3:00 PM ship today
  • You control your freight costs
  • 50 years of Irrigation, Manure, and Farming Experience
  • We answer the phone, reply to emails, and actually welcome the opportunity to talk to you!

Low prices. We offer the lowest prices that we possibly can (while staying in business. We have been in business for 20 years and we would like to continue our streak). Are we always the lowest price? No, but we try to be. Especially in today’s supply chain environment. It seems like everyday suppliers call and while I wish it were simply to chat, usually it is to notify us of recent price changes. That is also one of the reasons we invest in so much inventory.

Lots of Inventory! We currently have four warehouses full of inventory. And while a supplier can notify us of a recent price increase on future purchases, they don’t get a vote on the prices we use to sell our inventory. Frequently you save money because a large portion of our inventory was purchased when our costs were lower, so we can pass the savings on to you.

Another advantage of carrying a lot of inventory is that you don’t have to wait for your order. Any order for a product that is in stock that comes in before 3:00 PM eastern ships the same day.

Freight costs. Why don’t we include “free freight” on all our sales? Mostly because there are very few things in life that are actually “Free”. Ultimately customers pay for freight – either through a line item freight charge or through higher prices with the estimated freight charges built into the cost of the product. However, there are occasional exceptions based on volume and other considerations.

We are happy to tell you what the freight charge is before we ship your order. Our website has a built-in freight calculator. You can choose how we ship your order – USPS or UPS. Next-day air, second-day air, or regular ground service. You are in charge of your freight costs

For orders that require a full trailer or LTL, we will shop your order to a variety of freight companies so we are assured you get the very best price. You are in charge of your freight costs.

In the end, we prefer to look at freight as a controllable expense, not a source of revenue.

We believe that many of our customers may start out as a business transaction but ultimately they become a friend and part of the Triple K Irrigation family. And even though we are based in Michigan and ship across the country, rarely does a day go by that someone doesn’t stop by to say hello. “I was in the neighborhood and wanted to meet the people who bring your business to life.”

What would it take for you to give us a try? Let me know. Jeff@TripleKIrrigation.com

I would love to hear from you.
