Sale!This Vertical Female Thread Foot Valve is made out of lightweight and durable aluminum. This SURE-FLO aluminum foot valve is for use on hose, pipe or plastic pipe. The durable rubber flapper seats on a machined aluminum surface and provides a tight seal which minimizes leakage. Unlike the old fashioned leather flapper it does not dry out or shrink when out of service. Ample space is provided for the flapper to fold back out of the liquid stream thus keeping friction loss to a minimum. The hump on the body must face up when it is used in a horizontal or near horizontal position. Note: Every valve will leak if there is no head pressure pushing down and sealing the flapper. Head pressure comes from the vertical down pressure of the volume of water above the valve. The weight of the 4 vertical feet of head pressure will push down and seal the valve. Below is a diagram showing how to measure the four feet of vertical lift from the water surface up to the centerline of the pump.

Drip Tubing (100′ Roll) with built-in emitters spaced every 12 inches for saturation coverage of desired area. Maximum working pressure of 15 PSI recommended. As indicated in the name of this part #, this drip tubing is 100 feet in length. It measures 5/8″ ID (inside diameter) and is 8 mil in thickness. These measurements allow all of our Tape-Loc Fittings to work with it. Flow rate is .5 GPM/100’. The tubing is designed to ensure an even flow and minimize clogging of built-in emitters. Ideal for use in vegetable gardens and flowerbeds where the rows are straight. If your garden is in between the sizes of our Drip Irrigation Garden Kits, you can add extra tubing and Tape-loc fittings to customize the irrigation system to your needs.

Sale!This Vertical Companion Flange Foot Valve is made out of lightweight and durable aluminum. Ample space is provided for the valve flapper to get out of the water stream, and the full size opening means minimum friction loss. This foot valve matches the bolt pattern of a standard 125 pound cast iron companion flange or a schedule 80 PVC flange. The hump on the body must face up when it is used in a horizontal or near horizontal position. Please see the chart for available sizes. We can get the 10" and 12" from our vendor but we have to call to get cost, freight costs and estimated ship times. Note: Every valve will leak if there is no head pressure pushing down and sealing the flapper. Head pressure comes from the vertical down pressure of the volume of water above the valve. The weight of the 4 vertical feet of head pressure will push down and seal the valve. Below is a diagram showing how to measure the four feet of vertical lift from the water surface up to the centerline of the pump.
