Drip Tubing (100′ Roll) with built-in emitters spaced every 12 inches for saturation coverage of desired area. Maximum working pressure of 15 PSI recommended. As indicated in the name of this part #, this drip tubing is 100 feet in length. It measures 5/8″ ID (inside diameter) and is 8 mil in thickness. These measurements allow all of our Tape-Loc Fittings to work with it. Flow rate is .5 GPM/100’. The tubing is designed to ensure an even flow and minimize clogging of built-in emitters. Ideal for use in vegetable gardens and flowerbeds where the rows are straight. The Bowsmith NonStop emitter design, patented in 1974, is based on a simple unique principle found in no other emitter. This Pressure Cascade Principle permits the emitter to tolerate large amounts of suspended solids in irrigation water, without clogging and without the need for fine-mesh filter screens.
For over 40 years, millions of Bowsmith NonStop emitters have demonstrated that the unique NonStop Continuous Flushing Action (Pressure Cascade Principle) really works, even under conditions that would quickly clog ordinary emitters. With only 30-mesh filtration, Bowsmith NonStop emitters have operated successfully with water containing heavy concentrations of sand, silt, iron bacteria "slime", calcium carbonates, even algae and moss.

- Amiad hydraulic fertilizer injector is constructed from corrosion and chemical resistant materials. The unit is resistant to nearly all known chemicals presently used in agriculture and horticulture.
- Amiad hydraulic fertilizer injector needs no external power to operate. Its linear hydraulic motor is powered by the hydraulic pressure of the irrigation system. The injector uses this pressure as the energy source for injecting fertilizer to the pressurized irrigation lines.
- Liquid fertilizer enters the injector through the Suction Port and is injected to the downstream irrigation line through the injection line.
- The water consumption of the hydraulic motor is 3 times the quantity of the chemical injected and can produce an injection rate of up to 1.4 gpm (320 liter/hour). The Injector is supplied ready to operate. The user has to supply two ¾” manual valves, one for the Drive-water port and the other for the Injection port. A 25 mm drainage line should be also connected to the injector’s Water-exhaust port.
- Since the injection rate is proportional to the irrigation line pressure, the required injection rate can be adjusted by throttling the injection line using the ¾” manual valve on the injection port.
- The volume of fertilizer injected at each pulse is 33 cc; therefore the hourly rate of injected fertilizer in liter/hour is easily calculated by counting the actual number of pulses per minute and multiplying this number by two.
- Amiad also supplies very accurate chemical resistant flow regulators, ranging between 2.6 gallons (10 liter) and 21.1 gallons (80 liter) per hour.
- The Flow Regulator assembly contains interchangeable color coded flow regulators to be installed in the chemical injection line. The flow regulator assembly also contains a chemical resistant filter for preventing the flow regulators from clogging.
